Taste & See: more than a meal.
Taste & See is a gathering place built around food, conversation, creativity, and community. It is designed to be more than a restaurant; it is a welcoming environment where people can slow down, connect, share a meal, and experience belonging. For young people in the program, it can also become a place to gain work experience, serve others, and build confidence in a supportive setting.
Welcoming atmosphere - A relaxed space for conversation, friendship, and connection.
Fresh food and shared tables - Meals create natural moments for people to feel seen and included.
Events and creative nights - Open mics, community dinners, workshops, and gatherings can bring people together.
Paid experience opportunities - Eligible participants may have opportunities to gain paid, on-site experience as the program develops.
I came in unsure about what was next. Having people listen without judging helped me see possibilities I had not considered before.

Real support can change direction.
The most meaningful impact happens when someone feels seen, supported, and capable of taking the next step. These stories represent the kind of experience we want every participant to have.
This became a place where I could be myself. The conversations, meals, and encouragement made me feel less alone.
Young adult participant
The activities pushed me outside my comfort zone in a good way. I discovered strengths I did not know I had.

Common Questions
Who are these programs for?
We focus on teens and young adults (ages 13–24) navigating life transitions, school, or personal challenges. If you are looking for a supportive crew, you belong here.
Is there a cost to participate?
Most of our core mentorship and community activities are free or low-cost. We ensure that money never stands in the way of getting the support you need.
How do I sign up?
Just click the 'Join Us' button or fill out a simple contact form. We’ll reach out for a quick chat to see which program is the best fit for your vibe.
What happens at the first visit?
It’s super chill. You’ll meet a mentor, grab a snack, and just talk. No pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. We’re just here to get to know you.
Do my parents need to be involved?
If you’re under 18, we’ll need their permission, but the focus of the program is on YOUR journey. We can chat with them to help them understand how we support you.
Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll walk with you.
