Who We Are

Our story

Vision Board.png

Jereme Harris-Walker founded Finding the Way in Boston to create something missing: a judgment-free space where teens and young adults could step back from the pressures of life and overcome the monotony of daily life. What began as a vision to bring people together through food and genuine connection has evolved into a community built on support, guidance, and purposeful growth. Every activity, every meal, every conversation is designed to help you discover what comes next and create lasting change in Boston and beyond.

Championing the future, we empower young minds to dismantle barriers and redefine possibilities, ensuring every youthful voice is heard and valued in shaping tomorrow's world. By fostering innovation and resilience, we ignite the spark of change that inspires a new generation of pioneers poised to lead with vision and purpose.

Our Mission

Our mission is to guide and equip teens and young adults through life's transitions by providing mentorship, spiritual guidance, practical skill-building training, and health-centered experiences that build identity, identify purpose and strengthen resilience. Enabling them to pursue education, employment, and leadership pathways while reducing risk factors associated with poor health, violence, and substance misuse.

Our Vision

Our vision is to cultivate a generation of grounded, self-aware individuals who lead with purpose and will positively impact their communities. We aim to be the light of the world for ourselves and others when it feels surrounded by darkness.
